"My passion for the healing arts has led me down many different pathways of study including yoga, massage therapy, cranial sacral, reiki, energy work, herbalism and now sound healing. With all these tools in my magical bag, I often intuitively select a few and blend them together to create intuitive healing sessions that offer a safe space, presence, and gentle assistance in support of the recipient’s own unique healing process."

Holly's Offerings

Sound Therapy

Allow me to bathe you in the harmonic sounds of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, energy chimes, tuning forks, and more!

Tuning forks are like surgical instruments for the energy field and are used to clear, balance and optimize, the chakras, meridians, organs, and endocrine system.

Other benefits of sound therapy include:

  • Energy clearing
  • Nervous system balance
  • Detoxification
  • Emotional support

Craniosacral Therapy

Allow me to support you in relieving stress and pain caused by compression in your spine.  This hands on treatment allows cerebrospinal fluid to move into balance, optimizing your entire neurological system.  See write-up below for more details on craniosacral therapy!

About
Craniosacral
Therapy

“ Craniosacral therapy is some of the deepest body work there is. It addresses holding patterns along the dura mater, the myelin sheath that surrounds the spinal cord. When the nervous system is responding to a threat, it initiates the response from the innermost part of our being, literally the center of our body, our spinal cord.

The myelin sheath surrounding the spinal cord responds to the threat by initiating movements like bracing, preparing to run, or locking in for a fight begin to activate. When we are exposed to stressors consistently with no way to run or fight (and thus naturally return to our ‘rest and digest’ state) this response can become a pattern. Stress from driving and navigating through traffic, pressure from work, relationships, or reacting to the state of the world comes to mind, but take your pick.

Major trauma and childhood trauma or conditioning can also play a role in causing patterns of resistance along the myelin sheath. Because the myelin sheath is made of fascia and is connected to every muscle in the body via the fascia, it can cause holding patterns that we notice in other parts of the body. When we address and unlock the pattern at the level of the dura mater, we are really getting to the root of the matter.

Craniosacral uses light touch and addresses these points of resistance where they can be felt along the cranium, spine and sacrum. During a session a practitioner would tap into the rhythm of the fluid that pulses up and down the myelin sheath, listen to its quality and apply micro adjustments and witness consciousness to points of resistance. This takes the recipient on an inner journey of noticing resistance within and learning how to witness, acknowledge, accept and let go so the unwinding process can begin.

I like to think of my sessions as lessons. Allow me to light the way as you enter deeply into your own healing. Now imagine this, but also with sound healing! That’s what I do!"
